She also offers inspirational words written in a way that makes you want to succeed. I loved that each chapter ends with an assignment that will make a difference in your life. Dr Ray's words are inspiring, and I can see myself applying her knowledge to my own life.
This book is an easy to follow guide for anyone who wants to better their life. I found myself being more productive and positive as I followed her daily habits. I loved that this book left me empowered.
We can Thrive in this Life
Everyone wants to be happy. And yet, so many of us lead lives that are anything but happy. From the outside, it may look like we have everything we could want, but on the inside, we're unhappy and unfulfilled. It doesn't have to be that way. We don't have to just survive; we can thrive. It's not a coincidence that the word “thrive” is the past tense of “survive”.
